Letter for Contacting Chamber Of Commerce About Business

This letter is used to contact a local Chamber of Commerce about a member business which is licensed in that area and has, in your opinion, cheated you.

<Recipient Address Goes Here>

Hello,

I am writing to you about <company/individual name>. <dealings with company/individual >. Since this company is a member of the <city or county> Chamber of Commerce, I feel this reflects badly on the Chamber as a whole.

If possible, I would like to see some action taken to rectify this situation. That may mean simply sending a representative to speak to the owners of <company/individual name>, or if there have been other customer complaints, expelling them from the Chamber or getting their business license revoked.

Please contact me about this situation, or if I can be of any assistance in resolving it. Thank you for your time and attention.

Regards,

Jim Karter
