I am writing to complain that your ATMs are often out of service. It is such an inconvenience to make a trip to the ATM only to find it not working. I would suggest that you try to have your ATMs serviced more regularly so that they can spend more time serving your customers rather than being out of order.
I hope you will take this complaint to heart. I am sure that I am not the only one of your customers who has been inconvenienced by the unreliability of your ATMs.
