Letter for Confidentiality Clause


This clause may be added to any agreement or release when it is the desire of the parties to the agreement that it be kept confidential.


<name(s) of part(ies) to agreement> <acknowledge/acknowledges> that the terms of this <title of agreement> are to remain confidential and <agree/agrees> that neither <name(s) of part(ies) to agreement>, nor their agents or attorneys will divulge to third parties any of the terms of this <title of agreement>.
